Purpose
This CDS view is designed to provide a comprehensive representation of real estate usable objects within a business context. It aggregates various attributes and associations related to these objects, enabling detailed analysis and reporting. The view serves as a dimension in analytical scenarios, facilitating data extraction and integration with other business processes. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business questions: What are the key attributes and identifiers of usable objects within the organization? How are real estate usable objects associated with rental objects and other related entities? What are the measurement details and accounting assignments linked to each usable object? What is the architectural usage and status of each usable object? How do the validity periods and ownership details of usable objects impact business operations? What changes have occurred over time in the attributes of usable objects, and when did these changes take place?
