Description <p>This CDS view provides access to the master data of a consolidation unit and to the associated time-dependent and time-version-dependent attributes. A consolidation unit is the smallest entity of the corporate group structure that can be used as the basis for performing a consolidation.</p> <p>This CDS view differs from the CDS view I_CnsldtnUnit_3 because it additionally supports search, full data extraction, key user tools and cloud development, as well as extensibility.</p> <p>This CDS view provides the prerequisites for answering the following business questions:</p> <ul> <li><p>What is the hierarchy level of a certain unit within a hierarchy of consolidation units?</p></li> <li><p>What is the local currency at a specific fiscal year and period?</p></li> <li><p>What is the currency translation method in a specific consolidation version and at a specific fiscal year and period? Or the tax rate, the fiscal year variant, the data transfer method, and more?</p></li> </ul>
