Joule enables you to create a solution quotation based on mandatory input fields such as the transaction type, sold-to party (ID or name), sales organization, distribution channel, and division. The remaining fields required for creating a solution quotation are determined automatically.

Create a solution quotation Joule checks the provided details and asks you for any additional mandatory details that are required to create the solution quotation. Joule provides you a summary of your inputs and requests confirmation to proceed with creating the solution quotation. Note Currently, Joule supports the following: Creation of a solution quotation with one product or item. Creation of solution quotations for simple, non-configurable products only. Product bundles, configurable products, and manual sub-items are not supported. Entry of organizational data to proceed with solution quotation creation. Searching for an organizational area is not supported. In some cases, sales area determination may fail for a specified sold-to party, which can result in errors during solution quotation creation. If the creation fails, perform the following steps: Start a new chat session and repeat the request. If the issue persists after several attempts, explicitly provide the Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, and Division IDs in your prompt. Before proceeding with solution quotation creation, verify that all provided details are correct. Create a solution quotation for sold-to party John. Create a solution quotation for sold-to party John valid for 6 months from today. Use A001, A1, and A1 as organizational data
Add item to a solution quotation Joule uses the provided details to retrieve the solution quotation and product information, then adds the relevant item to the solution quotation. Note Joule can add an item only if a valid quotation ID is provided. Ensure that the correct quotation ID is provided. Add 10 units of product Laptop to the solution quotation created above. Add 10 units of product Laptop to the solution quotation 12345.
